					<description>Funny; I've gotten so used to this that I don't really notice anymore. There are few things I can type faster than my hotmail address. 

I understand - if it's the way they have of contacting you, and people are, on average, stupid (which is a new theory I have :)) - it is a pretty surefire way to make sure people don't give you wrong information. If I'm writing a letter, and address the envelope with the street name spelled wrong, USPS will still be able to deliver. If an email is off by one letter, the company loses a sale and/or a customer.

I'll be on guard for that wet noodle.</description>
