hi Jennifer,
I just came across your viola blog. I have a 1999 Marilyn Wallin viola which I absolutely love--rich deep sound. However, it is too big for me and I am thinking of selling. I bought it from Reunings last year and fell in love with the sound and thought my body would adjust to the size.
Are you in the Boston area?
If you haven't found a new viola yet, let me know if you are interested in looking at mine. I live in the Back Bay.

I have a 1996 Marilyn Wallin violin that I love - big sound, and it's starting to sound "Italian" now after ten years. Good luck with your search.
