					<description>Finally, Chicago is getting 60's and 70 degree weather - although that is still quite cool. Most days it is cloudy, and rainy. 

I was telling a co-worker recently that Chicago only gets 3 or 4 months of prime summer weather - and then 8 or 9 months of cold. It is really depressing.
