How to opt out of those pre-approved offers you get in the mail
Tired of getting all of those credit card offers in the mail? I didn’t even realize, but you can actually opt out of those. I found this out by actually looking a little more closely at one of those offers. At the bottom, in a box, it said,
You can choose to stop receiving “pre-screened” offers of credit from this and other companies by calling toll-free 1.888.567.8688.
If you prefer do do everything online, like I do, they also have a website.
Just thought I’d pass this along to other people who tend to throw out their junk mail without reading it. Hopefully now there will be less junk mail to throw away.
